Tears of Gratitude, Tears of Sorrow

"Tears of gratitude open the garden of our hearts to appreciate every aspect of our lives and to be open and eager for more. Tears of joy teach us to value every moment and opportunity we have to live and grow in love and understanding. Tears of loss show us again and again that nothing is permanent, that all things are connected, and that we are One. Tears of sorrow illuminate regret, emptiness, mortality, and the limitations that make life precious and intense."
